About Robbie Butchart
Robbie is a sales and operations leader with 23+ years of experience in selling and scaling companies who offer SaaS, custom software (automation, AI solutions and development), managed services, and hardware solutions. Robbie has worked with clients in various industries, including oil & gas, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and hospitality.
Most recently, Robbie was the first employee at Launchcode, where he built and scaled the sales and marketing organization, driving 20–30% year-over-year revenue and customer growth. He led the development of new product offerings and sales channels, with partner sales contributing 30% of annual revenue. Additionally, Robbie managed business operations, expanded teams in Latin America, and implemented scalable processes, including a client success model.
Alongside his work at Launchcode, Robbie also supported enterprise client acquisition and development of a go to market and partner strategy at his sister company, Patronscan. Robbie’s efforts have consistently driven revenue growth, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.
